No. Wonderland is designed to support both aspiring and experienced travel professionals. Whether you are completely new to the industry or looking to strengthen your existing knowledge, our training gives you the practical skills, industry understanding and confidence to take your next step.

No. As a Wonderland agent you can trade under Wonderland's existing industry infrastructure and protections, which means you do not need to obtain your own ATOL or set up your own host arrangements. We provide the framework you need to start building your travel business, while our Academy helps you understand how it all works.

Yes. It is fully online so you can learn at your own pace from anywhere, with a mix of live and recorded sessions to fit around your life.

You will learn the knowledge and skills needed to build a successful travel business, from understanding the industry, suppliers, financial protection, ATOL and compliance, to selling, marketing, branding and looking after your clients. You will also develop practical knowledge across different areas of travel, giving you the confidence to sell the holidays you are passionate about.

The Wonderland Academy is developed and delivered by Ade, Founder of Wonderland, drawing on his experience across business, training and the travel industry. It is fully online, giving you flexibility to learn at your own pace, with the option of additional face to face support either virtually or in person when you need it.

Founders members receive an exclusive 90/10 commission split, subject to sales volume from year two. You keep a competitive share of the commission you generate, with a model designed to reward your ambition and the time you invest. Agents cover their own PTS per-booking fees before the commission split is applied.

Founders membership is a one off joining fee of £199 for October 2026 sign-ups, rising to £295 from 1 November 2026, plus a monthly fee of £64.99. There are only 20 founders places available, open to all experience levels.

Finishing the Academy is where your Wonderland journey really begins. You will not simply be handed a certificate and left to figure it out. You will have ongoing support, access to our agent community, suppliers and resources, plus continued learning and development as your business grows.
